  1. Initial Health Guarantee: Each puppy comes with a 72-hour health guarantee from the time of pickup or delivery. This gives you time to have your new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If a serious health issue is found during this period, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange (as outlined in our terms).

  2. Genetic Health Guarantee: We provide a 12-month guarantee against any life-threatening genetic or congenital disorders that may affect the puppy’s quality of life. In such cases, we offer either a replacement puppy or a fair resolution with the buyer.

  3. Lifetime Support: Our relationship doesn’t end when you take your puppy home. We are always available to answer your questions and guide you through your Jack Russell’s health, diet, training, and overall care.

Buyer’s Responsibility

To ensure the guarantee remains valid, buyers must:

  • Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the first 72 hours of arrival.

  • Maintain regular veterinary care, including vaccinations, worming, and flea/tick prevention.

  • Provide proper diet, exercise, and a safe, loving home.
